The engine and alternator as well as cooling system are mounted on the base frame, with anti-vibrating and shock resistant function. It is convenient for lifting the complete gen-sets. The generating set is designed and constructed for installation in a weather protected and sound-proof canopy. For durability and corrosion resistance, all iron and steel surfaces of fabrications have been treated for coating by grit blast cleaning. Then covered by a polyester powder paint which provides an excellent corrosion resistant surface.

Gen-sets have one year or 1000hr warranty time from the date of installation (according to the warranty term of manufacturer, whichever comes first). However due to the wrong operation by the operator or ignorance of maintenance, fragile parts and daily used accessory is beyond the warranty.
